Coverage: 

This plan will cover the repair or replacement of:

• Water service line leaks from the curb valve (CWC  owned) up to and including the first shutoff valve in the house.

• Non functioning curb box or curb box cover

• Leaking or or non-functioning valves or meter pit parts for customers with meter pits. 

• Also includes the cost of water turn off/turn on fees otherwise charged by the Connecticut Water Company.

Coverage Limits or Service Fees:

There are no coverage limits or service fees for this program.

Specific Exclusions:

• Reimbursement for cost of water loss due to leaks.

• Any work required specifically and solely for the purpose of increasing water flow or pressure.

• Any parts not specifically listed as included such as, pressure reducing valves, booster  pumps,  stop and waste valves, lawn or fire sprinkler system, etc.

• Leak repairs on main to curb water service lines installed off of privately owned water    mains.

Plan Revisions:     

To keep the same low price, we now limit lawn restoration to one-time loam and seed,

and will provide one-time restoration of paving by application of temporary patch only.

Permanent paving or restoration of other hard surfaces (i.e. paving stones, bricks, etc.)

is the responsibility of the homeowner.
