Connecticut Water Launches Web Site Redesign

CLINTON, CONNECTICUT – February 6, 2008 – Connecticut Water Company has redesigned its Web site, www.ctwater.com, with expanded content and a new look to make it easier for customers, shareholders, news media and other site visitors to find what they are looking for.

Among the Web site improvements are a new coverage area map and directions to each office location, information on how to read your bill, answers to the most frequently asked customer questions, access to necessary customer forms and a site map.  In addition, the new Web site design includes a “Contact Us” link on every page and gives visitors the ability to sign up online for e-mail alerts about financial or general company news, as well as quarterly shareholder letters.  In the event of an outage or other emergency, the company has the ability to keep customers updated by posting timely information on the Home page.

Customers can still link to pay their bill online from the home page, and continue to find important rate information, water conservation tips, a Water Calculator which tells them how much water they use in and outside their home and the latest Water Quality report.

“We took a fresh look at the site with the goal of providing our customers with the information they need - in a format that is easy to follow,” said Maureen Westbrook, Vice President of Customer and Regulatory Affairs.  “We encourage customers and other site visitors to send us suggestions on where we can make further improvements.”
