The 2012 Annual Meeting of Shareholders was held on May 10, 2012 in Westbrook, Connecticut. Shareholders overwhelmingly reelected Lisa J. Thibdaue and Carol P. Wallace to three years on the Board of Directors and ratified the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as independent auditors for 2012.
