Service, Inc., Reports Third Quarter 2006 Earnings
CLINTON, CONNECTICUT, November 9, 2006 -
Connecticut Water Service, Inc. (NASDAQ GS:CTWS) announced that
its Net Income from Continuing Operations for the third-quarter
of 2006 was $3.5 million, or $0.42 per basic common share. Compared
to the same period in 2005, this was an increase of $221,000, or
$0.02 per basic common share. During the first nine months of 2006,
Net Income from Continuing Operations was $6.2 million, or $0.75
per basic common share, which was a decrease of about $285,000,
or $.05 per basic common share during the same period in 2005

Company and Regional Water Authority Water Supply Agreement Approved
by Public Utility Commission
Connecticut Water's payment to RWA for necessary
infrastructure improvements allowed in utility rate base.
CLINTON, CONNECTICUT, OCTOBER 26, 2006 - Connecticut Water Service,
Inc. (NASDAQ GS:CTWS) announced today that its regulated public
water utility subsidiary, The Connecticut Water Company, has received
approval from the Connecticut Department of Public Utility Control
(DPUC) to purchase up to one million gallons of treated drinking
water per day from the South Central Connecticut Regional Water
Authority (RWA) in New Haven. Under the terms of the 50-year agreement,
Connecticut Water is not required to purchase a minimum amount of
water and will pay RWA's prevailing wholesale rate for any water
purchased, and the agreement may be renewed for 20-year periods
after the initial 50-year term. The agreement is subject to additional
permit approvals from the Department of Environmental Protection
(DEP) and the Department of Public Health (DPH).

Completes Acquisition of South Coventry Water Supply Company
Clinton, Connecticut, October 10, 2006 —
Connecticut Water Service Inc. (NASDAQ-GS:CTWS) announced that its
regulated public water utility subsidiary, The Connecticut Water
Company, has completed the acquisition of the South Coventry Water
Supply Company in Coventry, Connecticut in a deal valued at approximately
$240,000. Connecticut Water acquired South Coventry Water for approximately
$93,000 and assumed approximately $147,000 in debt.

Service, Inc., Increases Dividend for 37th Consecutive Year Reports
Second Quarter 2006 Earnings
Clinton, Connecticut, August 9, 2006 –
Connecticut Water Service, Inc. (NASDAQ:CTWS) announced that its
Board of Directors approved an increase of the quarterly dividend
on common shares to $0.215 per quarter from $0.2125 per quarter.
This is the 37th year that the Company has been able to increase
its dividend payout to shareholders. The Company also announced
that its income from Continuing Operations for the second quarter
of 2006 was $977,000, or $0.12 per basic common share. Compared
with the second quarter of 2005 this is a decrease of $206,000,
or $0.03 per basic common share.

Selected to Operate and Manage UConn’s Water Systems
STORRS, CT, August 3, 2006 - Connecticut
Water Service Inc.’s (NASDAQ: CTWS) subsidiary, New England
Water Utility Services, was recently selected through a competitive
bidding process by the University of Connecticut to provide for
the total operation, management and maintenance of the University’s
water systems at the Storrs and Depot Campuses. The University’s
evaluation team determined that Connecticut Water’s technical
proposal best met the requirements for the operation, maintenance
and management of the University’s water systems. Connecticut
Water and the University have signed an Operating Agreement for
a two-year term with an option to extend it for two additional one-year
terms. If extended for both additional terms, the value of the total
agreement will exceed $1.75 million. In addition, Connecticut Water
anticipates that it will be able to assist the University in providing
needed capital improvements to the water systems during the term
of the agreement. Connecticut Water has been providing operating
services to the University’s water systems on an interim basis
since November 2005.

files for $14.6 Million Revenue Increase
Clinton, Connecticut – July 20, 2006
– Connecticut Water Service, Inc. (NASDAQ:CTWS) today announced
that its regulated water utility subsidiary, The Connecticut Water
Company, has filed a request with the Connecticut Department of
Public Utility Control (DPUC) to increase revenues $14.6 million
by raising rates for customers of its Connecticut Water, Crystal,
and Unionville divisions. The Connecticut Water division, the largest
division with approximately 86 percent of the total customer base,
has not increased rates in 15 years. Since the last rate increase,
the Company has invested more than $130 million in its infrastructure
while operating costs have increased by about 60 percent.
