Connecticut Water Acquires Hilldale Park Water System
Connecticut Water (NASDAQ GS: CTWS) has announced that it has completed the acquisition of the Hilldale Park water system in Plainfield, Connecticut. The Hilldale Park Homeowner’s Association has transferred the assets of the water system and its customers at no cost to Connecticut Water. The Hilldale Park water system will be tied into one of Connecticut Water’s existing water distribution systems.

Connecticut Water Service, Inc. Declares Dividends
Connecticut Water Service, Inc. (NASDAQ-GS: CTWS) today announced that the Company’s Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $ 0.2175 per common share payable on December 17, 2007 for shareholders of record as of December 3, 2007. This quarterly dividend remains unchanged from the previous quarter and represents an annualized dividend of $0.87.

Connecticut Water Service, Inc. (NASDAQ GS: CTWS) announced that its earnings for the third quarter of 2007 continued to show strong gains over the same period of 2006. The Company’s core business segment, the Water Activities Segment, experienced more than a 53 percent jump in net income from continuing operations in the period from July 1 to September 30, 2007 compared to the same period in 2006.

Clinton, Connecticut, August 8, 2007 –
Connecticut Water Service, Inc. (NASDAQ GS: CTWS) announced that
its earnings for the second quarter of 2007 continued to show strong
gains over the same period of 2006. For the period from April 1
to June 30, 2007, income from continuing operations totaled $1.9
million, or $0.22 per basic common share, nearly doubled from the
same period last year. For the same period in 2006, the Company
reported income from continuing operations of $977,000, or $0.12
per basic common share.

Announces Sale of Company to South Central Connecticut Regional
Water Authority and The Connecticut Water Company RWA to acquire
Ansonia Division, CWC to acquire Eastern Operations
ANSONIA, CONNECTICUT – June 29, 2007
– BIW Limited, the parent company of Birmingham Utilities
and Birmingham H2O Services, announced today that it has signed
an agreement to sell the company to the South Central Connecticut
Regional Water Authority (RWA) of New Haven, CT for $23.75 per share,
or approximately $40 million. RWA will acquire the 9,500 Birmingham
Utilities customers in Ansonia, Derby, and Seymour. As part of the
transaction, Connecticut Water will pay $3.5 million for the assets
of Birmingham Utilities’ Eastern Division, which has 2,200
customers in 15 towns.

Service, Inc., Reports Significant Earnings Increase from its Water
Activities Segment
Clinton, Connecticut, May 7, 2007 –
Connecticut Water Service, Inc. (NASDAQ GS: CTWS) announced that
for the first quarter of 2007, income from continuing operations
for its Water Activities segment totaled $1.3 million, or $0.16
per basic common share. Compared to the same period of 2006, this
is an increase of approximately $700,000, or $0.08 per basic common
share. The improvement reflects the effect of a 22.3% rate increase
approved by the Connecticut Department of Public Utility Control
in January. The Water Activities business, the largest of the Company’s
three segments, provided 93% of total revenues in the first quarter
of 2007.

Completes Acquisition of Avery Heights Water System

Connecticut Water Service, Inc. (Nasdaq GS: CTWS) has announced
that its regulated water utility subsidiary, The Connecticut Water
Company, has completed the acquisition of the Avery Heights Water
System in South Windsor, Connecticut. The Avery Heights Homeowner’s

Water Service, Inc. (NASDAQ GS: CTWS) - New England's largest domestically
based, investor owned-water company - reported income from continuing
operations of $6.7 million, or $0.81 per diluted common share, for
the year ending December 31, 2006. This is a decrease of approximately
$458,000, or $0.07 per diluted common share, from 2005, when income
from continuing operations totaled $7.1 million, or $0.88 per diluted
common share.

Service, Inc. Announces Rate Case Decision
CLINTON, CONNECTICUT, January 17, 2007 –
The Connecticut Water Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Connecticut
Water Service, Inc. (NASDAQ GS:CTWS), announced that the Connecticut
Department of Public Utility Control (DPUC) has issued a final decision
approving an amended Settlement Agreement on the Company’s
application to amend rates. Last July, Connecticut Water filed its
first application in 15 years to raise rates requesting a $14.6
million increase in annual revenue to, in large part, recover $130
million in infrastructure improvements and a 60 percent increase
in operating costs.
