Directions:
From I-84 East or West:
Exit 39, Route 4 to Farmington. Exit ramp turns into Route 4, bear
right around car dealership and go straight on Route 4 for several
miles to Unionville center. At the center, you will be facing a
stone church and a shopping plaza will be on your left. Take a left
at the light onto Route 177. Go straight over the bridge, and take
the first left onto New Britain Avenue. Our driveway is approximately
200 feet on the left between two brick office buildings. Connecticut
Water is in the second brick building on the first floor.
From Route 9 North:
Route 9 North ends at the Junction of I-84. Take I-84 west (left
ramp). You be on the exit ramp for Route 4, but do NOT take exit
39. Take the next exit, “Route 6-Bristol.” Continue
on Route 6 for several miles. You will pass “Village Gate”
senior housing on your right. At the next light take a right onto
New Britain Avenue. Go through two stop signs on New Britain Avenue.
The road will eventually narrow as it comes to a traffic light.
Connecticut Water’s driveway is on the right BEFORE the light,
in the first brick office building, #25, across from Edward Motors.
From Route 44:
From 44 East (Canton, New Hartford, Litchfield): Right onto Route
177 towards Unionville center. Go straight over the bridge, and
take the first left onto New Britain Avenue. Driveway is approximately
200’ on the left between two brick office buildings. Connecticut
Water is in the second brick building, #25 New Britain Avenue, first
floor.
From 44 West (Avon, Simsbury, West
Hartford):
Left onto Route 177 towards Unionville center. Go straight over
the bridge, and take the first left onto New Britain Avenue. Driveway
is approximately 200’ on the left between two brick office
buildings. Connecticut Water is in the second brick building, #25
New Britain Avenue, first floor.
