Offices and Hours

For the safety of our employees and customers, offices are not open to the public. Please make an appointment directly with the employee you have business with to schedule a meeting. Our call center is available from 8:00am - 4:30pm.

Payments are not accepted at any of our locations.  Water bills can be paid online, at thousands of convenient retail locations across the country or mailed to Connecticut Water Co., P.O. Box 981015, Boston, MA 02298.
