Medical: Connecticut Water has three medical plan options which include a traditional copay/coinsurance plan and two High Deductible Health Plans that qualify for a Health Savings Account (HSA).
Dental: Dental coverage is an important part of your benefits package and regular dental care is key to your overall health. Our dental insurance is available nationwide and allows employees the freedom to visit any licensed dentist or specialist of your choice.
Vision: The benefits include coverage for periodic eye exams, eyeglass lenses, frames, and contact lenses.
Life and Disability Insurance: Disability, accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) and life insurance provide important financial protection.
Disability Insurance Programs: Disability benefits replace a portion of your income to help you continue to pay your everyday expenses (such as mortgage/rent, utilities, childcare, or groceries) and meet your financial obligations. We provide short term and long term disability insurance at no cost to employees.
Basic Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance: Group term life insurance will provide a life benefit to the beneficiaries of a covered individual who dies during the defined covered period. At Connecticut Water, we provide Basic Life and AD&D benefits at no cost to employees.
Optional Additional Life Insurance: Employees may supplement their group life insurance benefits by purchasing additional coverage paid through bi-weekly payroll deductions.

This is a great online tool that offers many features, including live mindfulness sessions, regularly updated content on stress management, and more.
Connecticut Water believes that the 401(k) plan is one of the best ways for employees to save for retirement. That’s why, to make it as easy as possible for you to start saving, you’ll be automatically enrolled in the plan starting at a pre-set contribution level. After satisfying the eligibility period, the company will also contribute a set percentage of your pay to the plan. The company contribution is not dependent on your contribution.

The Company offers tuition reimbursement for pre-approved courses and degree programs. Qualified expenses include tuition, books and mandatory fees, such as registration and student fees.
