Our award-winning program, Be Sure Before You Open the Door, will send an email to our customers with a photo of the service person on route for a scheduled appointment.
You can feel better knowing who to expect before our employee knocks on your door. The emailed photo will match the photo on the service employees company-issued ID, which has a unique background and holographic watermark.

Connecticut Water employees drive vehicles with the company logo and will be happy to show you their photo ID. You are also encouraged to call us at800.286.5700 to confirm that an employee is at your home.
Connecticut Water has updated our online billing platform, in partnership with Invoice Cloud. If you are a current auto pay or e-billing customer, for the security of your data, you will be required to update your billing information on our new system. Please note that the 'convenience fee' mentioned in the Invoice Cloud Terms & Condition (Paragraph 9) does not apply to Connecticut Water payments.
