Connecticut Water uses our website, Facebook, and Twitter to communicate with customers. In addition, we use a third-party service to provide phone, e-mail, and texts to quickly notify customers if there is an important issue affecting water quality or service.
Please make sure that you receive these notifications by ensuring we have up to date contact information. If you haven’t already provided us with your phone and email contact information, please call our customer service department at 800.286.5700 with that information. You can also send an e-mail to CustomerService@ctwater.com. Be sure to provide your name, the address of your property, and your contact information such as e-mail, home phone and cell phone.
People who are consumers of our water, but are not the customer of record, such as those who live in an apartment or condominium and have have the water bill paid by a landlord or condominium association, can sign-up for phone, text and e-mail alerts here.
