Connecticut Water’s latest water quality reports are available to customers and others who consume the water produced by the company’s more than 60 water systems across the state. The report summarizes water quality testing done in 2017 and includes information about the Company’s water systems, water quality test results, and source protection measures. Connecticut Water works closely with the Department of Public Health (DPH) to ensure that the water it provides to customers meets or is better than state and federal standards for drinking water. Customers who read the report can see that effort results in high quality water being delivered in our systems.
Connecticut Water is pleased to announce that the public water supply has been extended from their system to resolve water quality issues for more than 500 residents in the Rockridge Condominiums in Storrs and the Willington Oaks Apartments in Willington. The residents had previously been served by on-site well-water systems operated by their complexes.

Connecticut Water Company announced today that, due to a sudden loss of available water supply in its Hebron Center water system, it has requested and received a declaration of a public drinking water supply emergency under CGS Section 25-32b from the commissioner of the state Department of Public Health for its Hebron Center and Country Manor water systems. Those systems serve approximately 200 customers, including the consumers of the former Mill at Stonecroft system in Hebron.
